  • Return Policy -
All Returns will be subject to a minimum 15% Restocking fee. All original boxes, packaging, warranties, and instruction manuals must accompany the equipment, and it must appear in "excellent" condition, as determined by Hinson Motorsports, Inc. (In other words, it must be returned the same way that you received the product.) No returns after 30 days will be accepted. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable for any reason. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returned merchandise must be packaged carefully to prevent shipping damage. Hinson Motorsports, Inc is not responsible for items damaged in shipping or shipments that are not properly insured. Merchandise Returns must be authorized by Hinson Motorsports, Inc. An RMA (Return merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before returning any merchandise.

  • Non-Returnable items
Special order items that are not inventoried by Hinson Motorsports, Inc are non-returnable. Custom pieces manufactured to order are non-returnable. Any products used or displayed in any way, shape, or form are non-returnable. A product that is nicked, scuffed, scratched, dinged, opened, or damaged in any way will not be returnable, no exceptions will apply. Special order drop ships are non-returnable. Discontinued or Obsolete items will not be accepted for credit or refund.

  • Warranties / Guarantees 
All product guarantees and warranties are provided by either Hinson Motorsports, Inc or the respective manufacturer. This can be verified by contacting either the manufacturer themselves or by contacting Hinson Motorsports, Inc. Every new product sold by Hinson Motorsports, Inc comes with a guarantee/warranty, so you do not have to worry about bad quality parts being sold by Hinson Motorsports, Inc.

  • Limited Warranty
Merchandise is warranted against defects of material or workmanship when properly installed. Any alterations, improper installation or improper use of products will void all warranty. Any crankshaft that has been balanced cannot be returned. Inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact Hinson Motorsports, Inc if there are any errors or defective parts. Any shipping/invoicing errors made must be corrected within 7 days after receiving the merchandise. If it is not brought to our attention within this period, the merchandise is yours to keep. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR PARTS to ensure that what you received is what you ordered before altering or installing it (incorrectly boxed items apply). Once the part has been altered or installed, all warranties against defects of material or workmanship are void and the parts are not returnable. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing of the parts only. Hinson Motorsports, Inc and the manufacturers will inspect all parts to determine if they are defective. Claims for damage, labor, or towing will not be allowed. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for inspection of any return product claiming damage. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for any reason.
