Hinson Super Cars - Honda S2000

LSx V8 Powered Honda S2000

We have been developing the S2000 platform this year. The car is currently under construction and will be finished in the first quarter of 2010. Our goal with the car is to develop mail order parts so the home builder can complete the project with ease.

Our conversion parts will be targeted towards naturally aspirated street and race applications. However, this initial build is planned to be a single turbo LS2 car.

11/19/09 - Custom rack built for the application. We should be test fitting an engine after Thanksgiving.

01/25/2010 - We've been working on the project and trying different approaches for the hurdles of the project. We'll post more information soon, but we're comfortable with the engine placement now.

Update 1/31/11: We are working on pricing for the parts. The car has been driven, and we have stainless steel headers and Y-pipes in stock. Our plan is to start shipping parts in a couple weeks. Stay tuned!

Update 4/20/11: We are completing the RX8 pricing now, and the S2000 will follow shortly. Thanks for your support and patience. We're looking forward to working with you soon!
